site at our discretion. Photographs used must be provided with
the owners consent. Nice Choice will not be liable for any

Once property details have been published on the Nice Choice website for a period in excess of seven days, the service is deemed to have been fully delivered. All advertising after this period is at no extra charge. Customers must inform the Company after six months and every three months thereafter if the Property is still available otherwise the Company reserves the right to remove the advertisement without notice.
The Customer shall have the right to cancel the advert for any reason within seven days. No refund of advertising fees will be made if cancellation takes place after this time. Advertising is restricted to residential property situated with the United Kingdom. We will accept payments in £ sterling only.
It is now compulsory for some homeowners in England & Wales to arrange for a Home Information Pack (HIP) to be prepared before putting their home up for sale and to make a copy of the pack available to any prospective buyer upon request. The Customer confirms that they have made necessary HIP arrangements. The Company will not be held liable if a Property is marketed for sale without the requisite HIP.
Availability
Whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure this website is
always accessible we will not be held liable if, for any reason,
the website is unavailable for any period. We may also have to
suspend access to the website for routine or emergency updates
and maintenance but we will endeavour to keep any disruption to
a minimum. In addition we cannot warrant that this website will
be free of viruses or defects of any description and we will not
be held responsible for any technical problems you may suffer as
a result of your use of this website.
